Share Purchase Agreement Between SK E&C and UNIT International

On March 17^th 2017, UNIT International SA and SK E&C has signed their Share Purchase Agreement in presence of his Excellency the Minister of Land, Infrastructure & Transport of the Republic of Korea. This important milestone would pave the way for achievement of financial closing of the following IPPs in Iran awarded (to be awarded) to Unit International Enerji A.Ş.

1. Zahedan Combined Cycle Power Plant – 880 MW – F Class
2. Saveh Combined Cycle Power Plant – 1200 MW – H Class
3. Ahvaz Combined Cycle Power Plant – 1200 MW – H Class
4. Qasr-e-Shirin Combined Cycle Power Plant – 880 MW – F Class
5. Sufian Combined Cycle Power Plant – 1200 MW – H Class
